TSO develops and implements a Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) / Quality Control Plan (QCP) tailored for each individual contract/task order. The primary function of our QAP / QCP is to measure the quantity, timeliness, and success of the work performed or completed. TSO’s QAP/QCP collects and analyzes relevant data and is the tool our Project Management Team uses to control costs, improve recruiting, and identify potential problems before they occur. TSO tailors checklists within each QAP/QCP delineating the project specific requirements to be checked from pre-contract award on a continual basis as the contract proceeds through to completion. TSO will determine the frequency of periodic surveillance in consultation with the customer. Our QAP/QCP will provide a systematic quality surveillance method evaluating the services/products provided. Our QAP/QCP will include methods for identifying and preventing defects in the quality of service or products before the level of performance becomes unacceptable along with the procedures for maintaining on site records of all inspections conducted by TSO, including records of corrective actions taken.
